Okay good stop there on 4th down, now maybe the early-game jitters can be worked out on offense.
4 min. left in the half. Two fumbles deep in WA territory - that hurts bad.
If (big if) utah goes on to defeat the Huskies, all I can say is join the club - the Cougs already know what it feels like. Go Huskies.
Come on Utes!! We have been outplaying Wash for most of the game. Break it open in the 2nd half!
The Utes should win this game. There D is just too good for Washington to handle. Just pretend that Polk is Jake Heaps and they will be fine. If not, they can always look forward to Oregon State.
Come on Utes! Show them what you've got!
Good luck Utah. I wish I could get this game -- it looks like an exciting one. Hope you have a great 2nd half!
have I missed something what happened to Wynn
Put Riley in!
Ute fans don't care their gonna go 0 for 2 in the PAC, they still reference the Y? Wow, PAC 12 cellar dwellers, but were ok with that, cause were the best team in Utah???
Maybe if you guys were living right on and off the field, and attending the preisthood session.....
Just kidding. This is just what happens when you turn the ball over and have a qb that can't get it done. Trust us BYU fans, we saw this a couple of weeks ago. I'll sit back and wait to hear how you outplayed them and gave the game away despite being better.
LOL!
Utah is proving they are not yet BCS caliber... they cannot let this ruin their season and we still have to go out and compete against the Cal, UCLA, Colorado and Arizona type teams. I hope we can get those wins but we will see. This is our 1st year in the pac and it may take time to adjust to the higher level of play. To think we could come in and win the Pac 12 south was unrealistic and I now realize that. Lets not let this loss ruin our season...
Hmm, I guess NOW I can get my choice of blueberry or cherry TURNOVERS at that store to honor our local teams.
Wow! What happened to BYU a couple of weeks is now happening to Utah!
Utah has no excuses for playing such a bad game --especially after a bye week.
Karma, anyone?
I don't mean this necessarily for the team, but I thought many gloating fans would be humbled today.
Wow. Washington 31 - Utah 7, with 5 turnovers!? I don't care who U are, that's just Karma right there.
cellar dwellers
Here is what happened tonight that is the difference between the Pac 12 and the MWC. Tonight would have been a night where we play poorly but inch out a win @ new mexico or wyoming in the MWC. In the Pac that does not happen.. we have to get ready for this level of play every single week!
Tonight we are all huskies. Go Washington! Love it!
Regardless of how bad our offense was ALL props go to Washington. That is one whopping Washington put on our defense. They destroyed our rush defense, made us look like a a 3rd place Mountain West team.
Again big props to Washington, they absolutely destroyed us.
No time for crying though, it's time to get ready for ASU.
Go UTES!!!
