Not going to complain as I like the concept.
I just would like to point out, once again, that the "studies" putting us in the region of mediocre are based on apples to oranges comparisons. Many nations that beat us stats-wise are only educating and testing their best students. The rest are already in votech tracks. We, on the other hand, educate and test ALL.
