I agree with Jeff's comments. Yes, Utah killed BYU. BYU has been going down hill since the second quarter of the Texas game this year. I don't know all of the answers, but I knew last year that Utah would be getting huge advantages being in the PAC. BYU, in my opinion went Indy in order to try to level the recruiting field vs. Utah with the Utes in the PAC 12. I don't think the slaughter of last Saturday yet reflected the disparity between the programs.
But if BYu does not get into a BCS conference like the Big 12, over time the disparity will get worse.

I would like to congratulate the Utah team for their play and determination. This year the better team won and deserved to win. I wish Utah the best in the PAC 12.
As for the continuance of the rivalry, I walked around the area welcoming Ute fans to the game and asking this question. The rivalry, keep it or delete it. I talked to about 95 Ute fans and 90 of them said to keep it. 6 Fans said to delete it. Several fans recommended the first game of the year. There were 8 fans who would not even listen to the question. They were really rude. On several occasions we had discussions about the really bad feelings on both sides. We all agreed that there are no shortage of people on both sides who take stupid pills, judging by the way they treat other fans. One Ute fan did confide that he has been embarrassed by the way Ute fans act towards opponent fans when the games are played on the hill. This is not just BYU
As for my vote, as a long time season ticket holder, the game is too devisive. End the games.
