Re: Pagen | 3:46 p.m. Sept. 14, 2011 There have been some big
changes in Washington since since Kathy Hochul won her House seat in New
York.In his NY House District 9 upset victory Bob Turner credits
part of the reason for his upset victory to his support for traditional
marriages. His opponent, Democrat David Weprin, was on the wrong side of the
issue and the voters punished him for it.

Re: Pagen | 1:42 p.m. Sept. 14, 2011 As much as you may hate to
admit it Bob Turner just won a House Seat in a district that hasn't elected a
Republican in the last 91 years. The voters in that district wanted to send
Obama a message and they have a 3 to 1 ratio of registered Democratic voters.Based on Obama's history of failures I hope the Republicans examine his
proposals with a microscope. Meantime the clock is ticking and the unemployment
rate remained steady at 9.1% in August. Totally unacceptable!!
