I have felt that Utah is number 3 program in the WEST next to USC, and Oregon. Since going to the PAC-12, they act starstruck. Hopefully they'll settle down and just be themselves. When you take into account the program, the University education, and the location- Utah has the upper hand. Utah now needs to walk and talk-swagger like they belong. It'll come.
