Comments about ‘Real Salt Lake notebook: Defense key to RSL resurgence’

Jamison Olave is the key to the RSL defense. He was out when RSL lost 4 out of 5 due to the injury from the All-Star game. His first game back Real wins on the road with Borchers out for more than half the game. In my opinion there is no better central defender in MLS and his ability to run down attackers is simply amazing. Borchers brings the stability and leadership to the back line, but it is Olave that makes the big plays that prevent a goal.

If RSL can get healthy in time for the playoffs they will have a very good chance to win the MLS Cup this year.
