Here's an idea J Wynn, maybe you should just cut it loose. Wow, it seems like I've already heard that a hundred times since the end of the Montana State game. Good luck Utes though I'm really hoping we can put up so we don't have to shut up.

I hope Wynn proves me wrong but I just don't think he can. MSU game was where he could have silenced his critics, instead he played horrible.

If the real Wynn, from his freshman year, doesn't rise up on Saturday then I think we need to seriously look at Hayes or let White carry the ball 30+ times.

Although I am blue through and through I hope Wynn shows up. I honestly think since he got clocked by TCU last year he has never been the same. He does well against lesser teams but when it comes to the big boys he shuts down. I believe it's more mental then physical for him and until he gets over that he won't be much of a quarterback. Decent, but not good enough in the new Pac-12. Good luck Utes but go cougars

Wynn has more weight on his shoulders than the last two seasons. He has a weaker supporting cast on offense than the last two years and he does not have a solid backup qb if he is injured or plays poorly. That is a lot of pressure.
I wish him and Utah the best but there is just as good a chance Utah has a poor season as there is for a good season. It will be more evident in about 3 weeks but Utah could miss bowl eligibility this year unless their defense can really step up.

History is not on our side? If I remember right, Utah beat the last two california PAC 12 teams it played in bowl games (USC and California)

If Jordan plays like he did in that win against California in 2009, the Utes will win big. We all know he can do it - HE knows he can do it.

This game will be a fun one to watch and will be close.

GO UTES!!

It's all a mind game at this point and that's what worries me. Mental fitness is more difficult to fix than physical.

"Utah's chances rest on [the SHOULDER] of QB Jordan Wynn"

It's all going to depend on Utah's thin offensive line and green running backs giving Wynn time to throw. If USC's blitzing linebackers get to Wynn early, this one will be over quickly.

History isn't on your side!

Utah's hasn't had a road win against a PAC 10 opponent with winning record since 1996.

In fact, the Utes have only won 2 of their last 10 road games against PAC 10 teams with winning records.

And before you start shouting about California, playing the Bears in San Diego is nothing like playing the Trojans in the Colliseum.
