Interesting article Mr. Florez. Of course, the difficulty is given no one knows what habits will be successful in this new enviromment, no one can know what to learn or not learn. Nice that in the past we have identified what a gorilla is so that those that see can help those that don't. But, where no one really knows, then what it is that we do not see is unknown, and old habits like being humble, kind, grateful, and frugal help us to have the ways and the means to make it through the long transition.
"That requires getting rid of old habits, taking chances,..." But our system discourages individuals from taking any chances. Try something new? What if the boss doesn't like it? Off with your head (lose your job). Strike out on your own with an innovative idea? I'll lose my health insurance. Better stay in the corporate womb. If we were trying to choke off experimentation by indivudals, we couldn't have done it better.
