2-0, how special. American Fork could be state champions this year, watch out everyone!

Nevermind.
Their classification is 5A, they will have to play other 5A schools to be state champions.
They probably won't even make the playoffs.
In a region with Bingham-Lehi-Riverton-Pleasant Grove-Lone Peak, that leaves little room for 1A 2A 3A 4A killer American Fork to make the cut.
An extremely soft pre season schedule is a dangerous thing.
It can give you false confidence and bravado. As soon as you step on the field with the big boys reality punches you square in the jaw and you are reeling.
Sure 2-0 is a far cry better than 0-2, but be real, look who you have played to get there.
So get ready dnews, pile the accolades on after Friday IF American Fork squeeks by another 3A team (but Spanish Fork is good).
