well, I'm one of the few utah fans that doesn't think this game will be a "no brainer"...or a cake walk...I think Utah beats them...But, these guys can play....regardless of last season...... GO Utes!

While I'm a full blooded Cougar fan, I still support Utes football, until of course we play each other. I doubt the guys will take MSU lightly. This should be an easy win for the Utes. Extremely excited for the season to begin.

Come on Kyle, You're going to roll this small punk team and you know it. We all know that this week was preparing for USC. If it wasn't you wasted the week.

@ Jeffery - Many online refs RE MSU player status & team profile, just Google them.

They are a significantly different team than last year, & the U coaching staff will not take them lightly.

Some very significant issues have been identified by the media concerning MSU, & at the same time it will be a golden opportunity for the U to practice its gametime systems.

Definitely worth tuning in "on line" if you can't catch the local KJZZ transmission.

Looking forward to The Wolfman in action! :)

As A Ute fan I am really looking forward to this game! I can not wait to see the new look offense and if the D line is as good as advertized. Montana State is a quality team and I am sure they will come to play but the spread is 28 points for a reason. I do not think that is taking them lightly its just a reality.

Good report. I had no idea the MSU had beaten Eastern Washington last year(that's who my Huskies open with). I'm still curious about what kind of offense do they run? What are the team strengths and weaknesses? How many returning starters do they have on offense and defense from last year's obviously pretty good team? I think that Utah won't take MSU lightly, but it sounds like the fans certainly are.
