If Hague was still 235, I'm pretty sure we'd see him at FB this year.
I'd love to see him or Johnson take one of the kick offs the distance, especially in one of the big games on the road.
What a team player. Gotta love guys like this who just want to see the field anywhere they can. It's funny, but thinking back, I think that the defense has had some of my favorite players lately. Rich, Johnson, Criddle, Hopefully Hague can continue that.
Good luck buddy!
philaD: Agree 100%. I love guys who love the team and love the game. Hague is one of those guys and so are the ones you mentioned. Is it any surprise how many of those favorites started as walk-ons? Love 'o the game, baby!
Favorite quote: "We're going to establish ourselves as a position group that makes a lot of noise. And we're going to play with some swag."
Oh, only 5 more days until kickoff!
Go Cougs!
Sounds a bit like TCU. Switching running backs to defense. Hope the results are as good. Go Cougs!
Can't wait to see what happens when Mike Hague catches an interception. Look out! He'll rumble like a full back all the way to the endzone.
Just 120 hours now! Gosh, this has been The Longest, Most Suspenseful wait for college football since I can remember.
Everyone seems to be forgeting that he was all-state as a safety and made some great game saving plays. This won't be that big of deal for Mike especially now that he is down under 200 and he can use his deceptive speed.
