Carma, leaves such a bitter taste in your mouth especially when it comes back to you. Congrats to Logan are they 3A or 4A putting it on the Colts, who cried " Foul" before their Westlake contest last week, it came full circle tonight. Couldn't avoid having to play Riley's lil brother from that lil school in Logan. When you guys start crying foul on who should be playing and who shouldn't be playing, why wouldn't head up, be the 5A way. Not that kid or this kid doesn't deserve a chance to square off against the Mighty Colt Nation. I think,... no, I Know a majority of the kids on your squad don't belong there, and even loaded for bear no pun intended, came up short. No Sour Grapes, just pure Carma. Go Grizzlies....Good Luck in 2011, DJ is a stud.

Karma (spelled with a K) goes both ways and so do Sour Grapes, it seems. "The majority of your squad don't belong there". What does that mean?
I saw the game. Here is my take: Cottonwood, we need to get those penalties under control...again this year. Cooper Bateman and his offense played a good game. Defense is young, was challenged and will get better by the end of the season.
Logan played a very good game, congratulations. What do you parents feed those boys up North? Man those kids are big. PS, that was meant as a compliment.
All in all it was a very good football game on a beautiful Friday night.
Regroup Colts and we'll be cheering for you next week!
Go Colts! (Go UTES!)

In typical Colt out of control fashion. At least 3 or was it 4 personal fouls, combined with numerous times of being drawn off sides, defensive holding, offensive holding, the list keeps growing.

The lack of focus and control is astounding, perhaps they over looked Logan, perhaps they assumed Logan would be intimidated, whatever the reason this squad is in for a long 5A season with this level of play.

Logan stayed on task yes goofing up with a few fouls, stumbling on the 2 safety's, and some poorly run route miss-ques, the Grizz and DJ mentally kept it together and handed the mighty "Colt nation" a resounding defeat at home in the Colt Stadium.

Cleaning up the few issues on the Offense and the Grizz will be on the Carpet in RES for State !! Nice work.

Logan looks good. Real good. Perhaps this year they will have some real success and not just simply pound their chest for beating MC by 1 pt.

Well said G-Swenz. It wasen't the players it was the fans. Now they will be beating there chest about how they beat a 5A school and MC who is still 4A thank you very much herald journal lost to a 5A school. Nevertheless good luck to all valley schools this season.
