Excellent news. Welcome back Mr. Davies.

Congratulations Brandon. This Ute wishes you the best of luck in your career. Happy to see you have the chance to chase your dreams.

Ogden, Utah

Just in time for fall ball practice to begin....what a coincidence.

Herriman, UT

Great news for all! Except WCC opponents. : )

Brandon, Way to stick with the program and do the right thing. All of us BYU fans back you up and look forward to seeing you on the court eating up the other teams.

Congrats on your strength of character. You are a true role model for so many young men!

Just in time for the new semester to begin. No coincidence at all, in fact, most BYU fans have been expecting this since Brandon was suspended from the team in March.

Only a hater would suspect anything sinister in the timing of Brandon's return to full eligibility.

Provo, UT

No . . . just in time for school to start. It is exactly the schedule that was the plan! Good job Brandon. Glad you are back!

Provo, UT

Brandon - I just want to let you know you are an example to many young men and women who look up to you--myself included. I know there will be those who will be critical of the whole situation and what happened, etc, but being a BYU student myself, I know the honor code is in place to help students grow and develop. Some may not like it or understand it, but I know there are special people who work in that office who are sensitive to different situations and are careful not to ruin lives.

Great news, I hope he has a great year. I hope he ends up being the leading scorer for this yrs team.

Clearfield, UT

Welcome back Brandon! This is great news!

How long was he supposed to be suspended? Most college suspensions for violations of code of conduct last the duration of the season.

You show up as a ute troll with a new user name just in time to comment on a BYU article...what a coincidence.

Provo, UT

Great news!! Davies, Hartsock, Collingsworth, Rogers, Abouo, Harrison, Winder, Zylstra and Carlino. That's a great top 9 that is envied by that school up north and many others.

Not much of a coincidence, Early last spring it was figured he would return.it seems hard for some to see things as they are.

Vernal, UT

Congratulations Brandon!

Orem, UT

Welcome back!

Lincoln City, OR

Ironmomo, your comments are pathetic....

This kid is quickly turning into my hero... I understand that it was necessary for Brandon to go through this process, but how many kids go through it and come out the other end still clinging to their convictions and determined to do the right thing....

Redemption can be tough, but it is more than worth it....

I'll follow this kids career the rest of my life

I am not a great BYU fan--but I am glad that Mr. Davis is back. It shows the great person he must be to overcome his problems and earn his way back into school and onto the team. Congratulations!

Great to have him back. Impressive young man.

Provo, UT

Good to have Davies back on the team!
