Good for the Schultz's and Knapp families, the welfare department should not be allowed to set up a state run monopoly on health care.

Utah has its own monopolized health care system that is also criminal and abusng the Medicare and Medicaid funds and its eligible seniors.

Also the welfare department should not have any thing to do with Medicare and Medicaid. Medicare and Medicaid are not state owned health care systems, they are federal health care system and should be in trust with federal agency's within the state.
