The only "good Co-workers" are the ones' proven to be non-threatening. Everyone else wants your job or the opportunity to see you fail. The great challenge is trying to figure out who is who.

It's our character and how we now live. Every one feels threatened and fear losing their job so they tend to look for the bad to promote this with the boss for his own benefit and call it nothing personal.

What really disturbs me more about this article, is why is this type of negative environment being tolerated in the work place? This kind of attitude in a work place must have some devastating affects on production, scheduling, and expedient processing of company duties and obligations.

If I heard workers talking like this and I owned the company I'd fire this blabbermouth complaining about other workers. If coworkers are acting competitively they are not producing and trust among workers is vital to company progress. Or the company has not established given requirements and job tasks for its workers so they are all confused about who does what. And if there are any illegal foreign nationals employed it doubles the stress and fears for its workers.

I'd blame the company more than the workers if they don't get along.
