You are correct, wookie, but I think there will be other things in place this
year, that weren't here last year, that will help the corners. I expect the D
line to be able to generate a lot more pressure this year vs. last. The QBs had
too much time last year unless Utah blitzed to survey the defense and attack the
corners. Also, having a true free safety (McGill has cleared and is in Salt
Lake) will really help. I loved Tap, but he was not the centerfielder that RoJo
was. A D-line getting pressure, and a free safety mopping up can really cover a
lot of mistakes made by corners.
Can't wait to see Dunn on the field again and hope Lacy can pan out as a good
corner. That's great speed, but a DB needs to have a lot of other skills other
than speed. Go Utes!
