Lawmakers snipe, Bernanke warns as deadline nears and the RNC don't care.

The Republican National Committee is airing a new ad every week throughout the month of July on cable and the internet to get the message directly to voters that Barack Obama's Big Government, command and control agenda has done nothing but make our economy worse.

It's time Obama is held accountable for his failed economic leadership.

Please take a moment to watch our second ad of the series and then make a contribution of $25, $50, $100 or more to help the RNC keep this ad up and running nationwide all summer long.

So help us get our ad on the air and our message around the mainstream media filter -- by making a secure online gift of $25, $50, $100 or more right now. With the support of conservative grassroots leaders like you, I'm confident we will make Barack Obama a one-term president.

Sincerely,

Reince Priebus
Chairman, Republican National Committee

They'll not get a penny from me any more, they killed our Social Security checks, and America, along with the Koch Brother's.

They are all done in our book.

That's my views.

Tick tock, tick tock. The clock on our broken, corrupt and deaf government is about to expire.

Don't blame either party, blame BOTH. This crisis is nothing more than a failure of government to compromise and to listen. A vote for either party only serves to continue the string of abuses. The system as a whole needs to change.

The compromise for this is twofold. Increase taxes while cutting services. But GOP won't accept a tax increase and the Dems won't accept a cut in services. The winning solution is a political lose-lose, which is why it won't happen.

"No one can tell me with certainty that a U.S. default wouldn't cause catastrophe and wouldn't severely damage the U.S. or global economy,"

Yet many can tell him with certainty that unchecked US borrowing will eventually lead to catastrophe and severely damage the U.S. economy. Raising the debt ceiling must come with real, measurable spending cuts. The tax increases will come as the economy rebounds and obamacare is implemented.
