The writer must not have heard the Governor right when he said the choir would perform there and do "another in southeastern Virginia (at Wolf Trap)". Wolf Trap is in Northern Virginia, and McDonnell should know as he is from Northern Virginia.
Esquire is right. Wolftrap is in the Washington metro area--not in Southeastern Virginia.
Hate the song "This land is your land." Too Socialistic. Plenty of other American classics to pick from than that one which is loaded with political connotations.
