who is paying for all this?
if it is the ncaa then we are paying to much tuition---likewise if it is the schools involved---
if it is the navy or other government group then we really don't need to increase the debt ceiling for such inane ideas---we already have perfectly good venues for basketball and it is just a gimmick to stage this on a boat---
it it is a recruiting tool it is still too expensive and not mission specific---
i can't think of any reason to even allow this incursion let alone encourage it---
