The peoples efforts have not fizzled, we still disapprove of business using discrimination and tax fraud to force americans out of their jobs to hire illegal aliens as subversive labor.
We still need the Triple "D" immigration enforcement, Detect, Detain, and Deport illegal foreign nationals, their children, and their families who do not have immigration documentation on their person. Swimming the Rio Grande does not baptize these illegals with any rights or freedoms.
Utah's illegal foreign occupation laws are criminal and unconstitutional and all should be repealed. It is against the law for business or the government of Utah to participate in illegal importation of foreign labor for the sole purpose of subverting and forcing the Americans out of jobs. It is against the law to import illegal labor to keep american out of jobs. Every one of Utah's so called immigration reforms are illegal and criminal and busienss does not have the right to seek cheap foreign labor to destroy the lives of working americans.
If any law or change in the laws are needed is criminal prosecution of business in Utah for tax fraud and violation of the Federal Labor Laws.
