Why don't they just let New Orleans just wash out to sea? Instead they destroys thousands of square miles of food, homes, and families to save a city of the dead. None of this makes any sense at all. If New Orleans don't belong there then move New Orleans city, not destroy thousand of square miles of more valuable real-estate.
