I love how people tell me I am lying when they know nothing about me. The story I told was exactly the truth. I was 16 at the time. It really happened. you have no right to call me a liar when you weren't there. Of course I was "mooching" off my parents, I was a kid!

for the record, I am not saying that all BYU fans are like that, or that all Ute fans are not! all I am saying is that this rivalry is out of hand! Get a grip of yourselves people!

No one believes you because your story is unbelievable. No one would move their kid simply because you were wearing ute gear. More likely you were being obnoxious and belligerent if it happened at all.

"The jealous Utah fan myth of BYU's "irrelevence" as an independent has already been busted"

Speaking of busted, hoe exactly have independent teams doing in making it to a BCS game? Here's a hint: mid majors have done MUCH better.

"--FIVE BYU games on ESPN already scheduled-- and BYU hasn't even played their first game as an independent."

The U is having to work for their success while byu is trying to delusionally & pridefully float by on an infalted sense of entitlement. Sounds like there is only one direction byu can go and its not sideways or up.

Hankie, your command and use of large words is laughable.

If any one is delusional it's the many Ute fans that think BYU is going nowhere. The sad thing for many is that BYU has already been to the top and the Utes have not.

Regardless in how people try to diminish BYU's accomplishments it doesn't change a thing. It's history, it happened and it's part of BYU's legacy.

Another thing that aggravates several of you trolls is that BYU is a media darling. Get over it. ESPN simply confirmed it with an 8 yr contract.

Thank BYU for your first and possibly your only ESPN game this season. That has to hurt.

Nothing but blue sky for Cougar blue!
