We sure love to worship our religious leaders.
I appreciate Elder Uchtdorf and his calling but I would ask this question:
Would he have received this award if his calling was in the primary vs the first presidency?
Probably not.
I love the gospel and the church is doing a good work. I thank the Lord for my membership in it.
I think our culture is about the silliest thing I have ever observed.
