I thought Dunn transferred in with 3 years left to play? Dnews lists him as a senior.

hedge, its just an error. He is a junior. The fact that he got beat out by a freshman doesn't surprise me because a) he is more of a spread-type reciever and not a pro-style reciever. b) his real value is on kick return. He is going to take at least one to the house this year.

Another Coach 'K', great. I can imagine the fun on the field and at a athletic press conference... Coach K, Coach K 2, Coach K 3

He's excited to be back and that always translates to something good. Good luck and welcome back.

For two of you recent coaches... consider changing your name... at least temporarily!

Kenneth Scout was having a great fall camp last year and appeared as if we was ear marked as a starter -until he blew out his ankle. Let's hope he's back to his former self.

DE position appears to potentially be the best ever. Sheldy is back to his former self (ACL surgery) and Dave Kruger might be even better.

Star Lotulelei is a BEAST! Enjoy him this next year b/c it will be his last one on the hill. He'll come out as a junior (if the NFL figures out their labor issues) and will be a Day 1 pick! He is head and shoulders above Sealver Siliga. Mark it down!

Pretty sure he's a senior. And yes, I think he'll be a first round draft pick.

hedge,

che is right. Star is a Jr. was a 3 to play 3 Juco transfer. Hopefully he'll stay around, but, if I'm a 1st rounder, I'd leave too.

Sounds like Utah's front seven are talented and deeper than I thought. Be tough to run on you guys.

Word is the logo has been changed to pac10.2 after scott heard about the sports woes in utah and colorado this year.

I can not wait until the U's D - line gets a shot at USC and Matt Barkley. Being in the Pac 12 is awesome!

Fact is you're like the 56th clone to steal the PAC 10.2 line, do much thinking for yourself?

Just one more reason I am excited for this fall! Last season the D-line was deep and could easily keep fresh bodies on the field without missing a beat. That bodes well for this group, even with the loss of 3 starters. The improved coaching will only enhance the situation. Watch out PAC-12!!

Go Utes!!

Mortoon,

did you come up with that one all by yourself. I've never heard pac 10.2 before. You are a very creative individual. I'm pretty sure your kindergarten teacher will give a gold star for that on. Certainly is worthy of a journal entry

Mortoon is just another jealous byu fan wishing his team could be in the PAC 12.

Pocy,

Everytime I see the pac10.2 anger from trolls only confirms ( in writting) thier soul crushing failure.

thanks for the daily confirmation!

My little PAC 10.2 dig just keeps showing up about as often as Hedgie uses the words "soul crushing" these days, eh?

sammyg,

You're a little late with your daily comformation.

Mortoon...

I hereby grant you a license to use my proprietary PAC-10.2 trademark.

I received the inspiration from a troll from his trademark "mark it down" catch phrase from last year. It's my contribution to the Utes in their inaugural foray into the "Conference of Champions".

As their compensation package and relevance supposedly increases over the next few years I'll consider bumping it up to the full PAC-12 when appropriate.

Time will tell. And of course... it's all in fun!

Lots of Freshmen and Sophmores are going to be seeing some significant playing time this year for the utes. Gonna be exciting!

Can't wait to see how Reggie Dunn does. Can he be a Shaky type player? even better, perhaps?

can't wait till this sucky baseball season nears an end and we can start the real season - Utah Football Season .... No threat of a lockout here.

Go Utes!
