BYU winning in the Tourney, but I can't seem to find utah basketball in the headlines. JK, I know they're making adjustments, but congrats to Jimmer and others stepping up.
Go Y
We do love to watch our Cougs win!! Keep the streak alive on Saturday boys.. Go Cougars!!
One should never whine about officiating so I like the way Rose handles it. Sometimes I wish he'd get livid at the officials (ask Raftery and Lundquist announcers about some of the calls that Jimmer didn't get)but on balance Rose is right in the way he keeps getting the players to focus on the game and not blame bad officiating for their problems. Bad officiating didn't make Emery and Abuou shoot poorly.
For BYU to beat Gonzaga is going to take the guys hitting nearly 50%. 39% won't cut it and even Jimmer won't be able to bail us out.
AS a BYU fan congrats to the team for a great win. Here is hoping that the whole teams plays well on Saturday so they can continue playing. One more thing, we don't need the snide remarks about Utah. Live above the Hedge! Those inter school cheap shots are totally uncalled for. Although very unlikely I will be rooting for the Utah Women to win in their game.
Jeff
