Many followers of WAC basketball consider Oliver the leagues MVP this season!

Frisco, TX

It's too bad the MWC didn't pick up USU. The Aggies would have kept many people in Utah interested in the MWC and kept three basketball contenders in the league. Other than UNLV and UNM, the MWC will be a weak basketball conference falling back into the realm of just another mid major.

re: dartstock,

The MVP was voted on by the coaches in the WAC who see first hand how Wesley can change and win games. It's not just about scoring. Wesley does so many things well and is a complete player, that's why he was voted MVP. GO AGGIES!

Congratulations USU on the WAC championship.

#17 in the ESPN coaches poll, #23 in the AP poll, #18 RPI. These numbers suggest for most teams a 4-5 seed. But, USU will be lucky to get an 8 seed, unfortunately. I hope I am wrong.

PS congratulations also to Dixie State for making it to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Division II tournament.
