I reckon DeChristopher and almost all the protesters arrived at court using fossil fuel transportation. One wonders what these people are thinking. Oil has to come from somewhere.
There are many ways to protest what you do not like without having to break the law and go to jail.
Just about everything we use on this planet has some connection to fossil fuel, from the clothes we wear to the food we eat. I have no objection to protesting, but I do have an objection to breaking the law to do it.
Guilty! Fine the guy $10 and be done with it. OK, $50 if you think he hurt somebody somehow. I don't.
