Sounds like the team is all banged up currently. Wonder if that is going to be a concern against New Mexico or if the guys are going to be healthy enough to play and play solid! We need Hartsock, Jimmer, Jackson, and Collinsworth at 100 percent by tourney time. Maybe Rose should scale back on the minutes over the next two home games and play guys like Magnusson, Zylstra, Anderson, and Rodgers more so we can get some rest.

Problem with that plan is I don't think we win the New Mexico game unless we get great efforts from the starting five and they are going to have to "gut" it out and play close to 40 minutes to come away with a win. Steve Alford will have his guys ready to pull of an upset.

NM is always a tough game for the Cougars, but I think this time around will be a different result. I know the boys are all banged up but they're a gutsy bunch and I believe they'll be up for the challenge! There's just too much at stake for them to wilt against the Lobos. Go Jimmer!!! Go Cougs!!! Go Rose!!! May your farewell to the MWC be as grand as your season has been all year!

Not knowing about Hartsock on those last three games - must be frustrating. But that December rollover would of been a disaster to Noah and his wife which I am glad they were fine.

Win against nm and rest most starter for wyo when necessary. And rest some more for 1st game mwc tourney.

Hartsock has been up and down this season, but he was a major reason the Cougars were able to walk away from Viejas with a W on Saturday. He will be needed again tomorrow against a very tough and well coached NM team that has beaten BYU 4 of the last 5 meetings. The Cougars could probably afford to let him rest against the Cowboys.

It appears that intelligence, discipline and coaching overcomes "athleticism."
