Based on Sirhan Bishara Sirhan's statements at his trial he knew what he'd done and why. How would his current attorney know whether or not the convicted killer is faking his memory loss.
He did the rime; noiw he should do the time. Specifriclaly, Sirhan Sirhan should spend every minute of his natural life in prision. Those who commit political assassinations ahould never be eligible for release, unless it can be conclusively proven that they did not in fact do the crime for which they were convicted.
