Does the Jazz have the coaches to develop Favors and the draft picks. I'm really suspect on this. Then it becomes trading Williams for Harris and that isn't a good trade. I understand the perceived need to do something but I also can't feel that the Jazz are fast becoming a franchise in disarray.

What it comes down to is: Are you going to find a better player then DW to build around? How many PG out there passes first, can get there own shot or score 30+ on any given night. And to say DW had a bad attitude is comical. He was the one player who laid it on the line every night until the past few weeks. None of those draft picks will be the caliber of DW. So sputtering is right, we are essentially starting over with less talent. DW should have be treated similarly to MJ. Find the pieces and build around him. Now Utah is just a filler game for the teams who spend money to win championships.
