Definitely a martyr because murder is so much less offensive than entering a country illegally....
especially when one of the victims is a 9 year old child!

She is a criminal, not a martyr. I am sure a small group of fanatic's may consider her a martyr, but not those who want our laws enforced.
Deseret news jumped the shark on this one.
Yeah, anyone who thinks the child murder thing is some kind of virtue is sick beyond repair.
I have been involved in the movement to get action on the illegal alien crisis since May of 2006. I have joined groups, started groups and even left a few groups along the way.
This woman in no way represents me or anyone I have ever come in contact with over the years.
It is shameful that a news service would attempt this guilt-by-association tactic and even more shameful that the Deseret News would be a party to it.
Then again, the Deseret News also indexed the Giffords shooting in the "Immigration" section, despite the fact that the shooting had nothing to do with immigration.
