Its amazing how science and economist are able to put a dollar value on these solar storms. Is this a prelude for bills to garner funds from the government to combat these solar storms? Communication companies should consider this a warning to prepare and be ready to make adjustments to minimizes these implied losses, then live with it.
I would relish a week of silence should this ever happen.
