I wonder how many of Herbert's supporters and cronies are going to get a monetary benefit from him THIS year. $13 million last year . . . how much this year . . .
The DNews continues to push editorially for amensty in Utah for undocumented workers, which the basic message of the Utah Compact. And, the reason the N.Y Times lauded the Compact and noted Utah. Nothing wrong with taking the same stance on this issue as Utah's other paper and this time it is the right section of the paper. The difficulty is when the stance is spread into other sections and then treated like it is unbiased reporting of news.
Wow. The DN is disappointed that the Utah CON PACT wasn't mentioned by the Governor. What a surprise. Maybe he finally realized that it is the most worthless piece of paper ever written. It does nothing other than ask for amnesty in veiled form for illegal criminals so that all the signers of it can continue to exploit illegals under the guise of "compassion" and "family values". What a joke. Maybe someday the DN will wake up and realize that none of us are buying the nonsense they and the signers of the CON PACT are selling. This baloney becomes more and more irrelevant by the day.
