Comments about ‘BYU basketball: Jimmer Fredette is player of the week’

That was a no brainer. He only averaged 29.5 points in the two games last week!!! Go Cougs!!!

Should be his 3rd of the year. Not sure how he didn't get it the 1st week, he had 50 points, 24 against Fresno St and 26 against Utah St. Jimmer also didn't get ESPN's player of the week (2nd), what are experts/analysts looking at? Arizona's a great team and their complete game focus/defensive strategy was on stopping Jimmer (just like every other team trying to do so)and he still put up 33 nonchalant points and he sat the last 6 minutes. and... against another Player of the year candidate. Not to mention what he did at home (under all that pressure and emotion) There is NO PG in the nation who has as good an all around game or as much mental toughness as Jimmer Fredette. He just can't be rattled. Can't wait to see what he does against UNLV/SDSU. I am worried a little about BYU's health, stay healthy, and BYU should have an incredible season!
