Mr. Dowhaniuk has a rather lengthy "tenure" in failed and dismal criminal career here in Utah. Glad they once again "caught" up to him. Somehow, I get the "feeling" that Mr. Dowhaniuk is going to be supported by we taxpayers for most of the rest of his life, based on his "past".
