Don't forget to mention Judge had a good battle with Wasatch that they lost also, Wasatch beat up on the #2 team in the State last night at Timpview handling them with ease as Michael Davis scored easily all game and defensively shut them down pretty much on his own. This story makes it sound like 3A teams shouldn't be competeing against teams like Highland well Im here to tell you 3A does have the best teams in the State and should have 1 team at the #1 spot in the top 20 even if they lost to Lehi put these 2 together again and it will be a different outcome. Goog job Judge way to battle the so called elite teams who think there to good to play 3A athletics and whine their way back to 4A.

Judge is a good team but Highland dominated this game but shot only 28% from the field. Pretty impressive that Highland could win shooting that poorly.

kdubb could it be that Judge is good defensively and Highland struggled getting off good shots?

I appreciate your passion for the Wasatch basketball team but you keep calling Michael Brown, Michael Davis. Come watch him play Tuesday. Yes, Judge is a very good defensive team. Michael had 17 in the first 12 minutes, they made some defensive adjustments and he only had 7 the remainder of the game. He did sit the bench about 8 minutes in foul trouble but still, their defense was impressive and had everything to do with Highland shooting 28%. Also why they almost (should have) knocked off Bingham.

WCBF I know I meant Brown but once you submit you can't fix it sorry Mike for the mix up but both of these kids are great athletes Brown and Davis "graduated" that is. I have watched Brown play and he is a very good ball handler and defensively tough but when you put the focus on Brown all attention is diverted from Pelo so its pretty tough to beat Wasatch with so many weapons, I just like giving credit to those teams who keep it close with them as they are tough to handle kudos to South Summit for playing one heck of a game last week against them as well if the 3s weren't falling in so easily I think this would of been a lot closer game and a different outcome but Murdock and Pelo were clutch, teams step it up against Wasatch knowing they are a GREAT team this pays off at State as they will coast to an easy repeat!

Think they are too good to play in 3A?!? You gotta be kidding me...3A is a joke in all other sports...Football is way more important in HS and reminder Highland took the championship just a short few years ago. I have watched both 4A, 3A and 4A will always be superior. GO RAMS!!!

TBA thats your opinion and we all know what opinions are like. Football may be your favorite but I seriously believe that each High School has their important sport as Football is to Highland just because they won State this year makes it so important to you but to the rest of the world their own. 4A/3A same playing field in all sports 5A is superior, just be glad the board moved you back into 4A so that you can keep all those kids on the roster for next year that would of moved back to the school that they should be attending. Is there any other sports that Highland excels at?
