Good win now let's take the Mavs tomorrow and end their winning streak.

CJ Miles
Dallas, TX

Just like I called it earlier. Jazz win and CJ would score 25 (actually had 26). Sad thing is he only played 22 minutes.

Jerry once again overplays the starters. Oh well, Jazz win again..........

Hey you are second coming Nostradamus. Don't be greedy about 22 minutes be it's good for him more energy. Everybody played good. AK grabbed 13 boards that was huge and 5x5 was close :) Go AK

Those who where calling for AK's head (to be traded) can see why the Jazz need him, he fills the stat sheet. AK isn't going to be one of your go to scorers but he can put up decent numbers and he plays the whole game.
When CJ plays like he did tonight the Jazz are tough to beat. Hopefully CJ can have another good game tomorrow, the Jazz will need it to beat Dallas down there. CJ's consistency is a concern, here's hoping he's shooting well tomorrow.
If the Jazz come out with energy and determination they can beat anyone. Let's hope they come out ready to take it to Dallas, even the series and show last weeks loss on our home court was a fluke.

Yes AK was great and so was the whole squad. It was important to close out this homestand with a great effort. DWIl pushed the pace more as the game went along and we saw the benefit. 30 team assists. The Jazz played maybe the best 12 minutes in the league this year. The 3rd quarter offense and defense was total effort. AJ deserves credit. Not only the points, but 3 assists, 2 steals and 3 blocks including Dwight Howard. I was willing with 4 inch height advantage to conceded Dwight would score a lot but AJ challenged him.

AK also did, Millie the help was there. It was great because until the late 3 barrage by the Magic, they imploded, bickered and seemed to quit and settled for one on one low percentage shots. The Jazz most nights need to play D like this it will win games.

Millie kept us breathing with the 20 in the first half. DWil hitting 3 "3s" to get 3rd quarter separation. CJ got very hot. Ak scoring and 13 boards.

Elson good minutes, and Watson better in his 2nd stint. Price although not much offense factor, good D

Great team win

AK played well. I still think he is not worth 17 million superstar money. Great win, keep the momentum rolling in Dallas!

There, now thats what "effort" will do. Nice win guys and keep up the good work ethic. I am super impressed with Elson and Watson considering what they return for minutes played. What nice additions to this team. When Memo gets back it should only get better, because when someone is having an off night there is firepower waiting on the bench to enter the game.

CJ shouldn't be so proud of his one good game a week. He just clanks his 3s the rest of the games. If he could shoot consistently it would be scary how good he could be. Unfortunately he is either on or off and most often he is off.

I will say that he has worked hard this last offseason and his defense and rebound as well as overall effort are much improved. Now if he can only learn to shoot consistently.

Hayward is trying to just fit in and let the game come to him and that is probably the best but I would like to see him be a little more assertive, look for his opportunities a little more, he can do more than he is doing. I liked how Evans looked, hoping he gets more PT.
Hoping too that Fes gets back on the floor tonight, we can use his presence in the middle.
Those 3 youngins need playing time to develop and help our bench be deep and productive.

Big Al's D on Superman was the highlight for me :-)

When ALL the wheels are spinning like last night the Jazz are v v difficult to beat....

Let's hope D-Wil has adapted to how Dallas shut him down last week, & let's enjoy back to back victories against two of the best teams in the league....
