The lord works in many ways. Blessed are those that pace their belief in him, be they Mormon, Catholic or of any faith. We all belong to him.
This is a nice story. Every human is capable of feeling the Spirit and recognizing the hand of God.
I've always enjoyed the California missions even though I've never been Catholic. I can sense the love for God that those humble Franciscan friars put into everything they did. Yes, they weren't perfect; yes, many judge them harshly by today's standards. But they were motivated by love for God and man. So I have an idea how Mr Potthast felt.
Thank you Mr. Potthast for perfectioning your work all this many years. You certainly are an example to all of us who are members of the Mormon Church. May the Lord bless you in all your endeavours. May your business prosper even at this time of difficulty.
