I think Elson is going to be a big key to winning games down the stretch and in the playoffs. Keep working hard, GO JAZZ!!
I personnally love the game of Elson, and can't wait until Memo returns. I have followed this Jazz team since they came to SLC and believe very strongly that this is without doubt the very best 1-12 depth we have ever had. The additions of Jefferson, Elson, Watson, Hayward, and Evans is god sent in my opinion and makes this team one of the best in the whole NBA! Good luck men.
HAving been critical of KOC and Sloan in the past I need to clearly state that they has made major progress in fixing the problems that existed for years.
1. There is now a decent back up PG.
2. there is a decent defense.
3. The SG is tolerable
4. The 3 point shooting is erratic but improved.
5. Sloan's game management has improved.
6. The back to back and road problems appear to be fixed by quality depth and a new attitude.
The team is still weak in rebounding. The team still starts slow. Those should fix as the team gels and focuses.
As the season wears on and as the Jazz get Okur back and the rookies improve the Jazz should be able to replace SA as the top team in the West. SA is old and will wear down. LA looks vulnerable. Dallas is built for the regular season but Utah should be able to win as many as DAL.
The top 5 teams in the West are all very good this year. Utah has just as good a shot as any of the others.
