Maybe Texas can prosecute this man legally. Obviously, the state of Utah could not, but has still imprisoned him for many years.

You can take this one to the bank, he will die in jail in Texas, and Most likely not of old age.
I hope this is a lesson to the rest of these megalomaniacs. I'm glad that he has been sent to Texas. They won't mess around with him.
Good to see him go.
Let's hope he gets another good measure of justice there.
