They should not only have impute, but the trust should be immediately separated into FDLS the majority interest and others the minority interest. And, then end the court's oversite. The court and the accountant have done nothing but pillage the trust for fees with a total disregard for its purpose and intent.
Whatever Jeff Shields thinks, the FLDS people ARE the victims here. People who have worked the land for years, contributed to the trust, and followed their doctrine are being denied their rights. Wisan and his minions, including Judge Lindberg, won't be satisfied until the FLDS religion is destroyed. You may think that's okay now but remember: if the State can do it to one religion, the State can do it to all. Your fringe religion could be next.
I'd be a lot more sympathetic to the FLDS religion if they didn't marry off their little girls to old men.
Little girls should be in school and not nursing babies while pregnant with another one on the way.
What really bothers me most is how they kick one husband out of his home and give his obedient wife to another who's "more worthy".
