Burton was everywhere when it counted tonight. The guy was amazing.
Field goals are a dime a dozen. Blocked field goals are rare currency. What a moment!
17-16. And who's blocking Burton?
Terrific individual effort ! I am a dyed in the wool Ute grad with a very big BYU Blue heart. But more then that I am a fan of Football and this block is what makes this game so cool.
Burton's play in the last 4 seconds of the game was exceptional and spectacular.
Go Utah in the PAC 12 and Go BYU in the ranks of the Independent's. Football will be alive and well in the State of Utah in the 2011 season.
Well said Hapa.
What a great individual effort on the part of the fine young man.
Reno Mahe said that block earned Burton an extra round in the draft.
Good luck in whatever decision you make.
It was too bad the interception and supposed fumble by Logan (his knee seemed on the turf) cost BYU the game. BYU has nothing to be ashamed of. Utah has a good hard fighting team with lots of talent. Still BYU came out smoking, never quit, and had earned the right to win. Let's say Utah was a little lucky. But I wish them well in the PAC ten.
