Comments about ‘Neurological disorder steals woman's voice’

This is a difficult disorder to live with. I had spasmodic dysphonia for 20 years. I drove 5 hours to Salt Lake to see Dr. Smith three to four times a year for botox injections. Luckily I was finally able to have surgery on my vocal chords, which eliminated the spasms entirely. That was five years ago. I hope this woman recovers.
