Yes it is.

I hate that my well reasoned, researched and carefully considered vote can be canceled out by someone who doesn't know what's going on and just shows up because people urge him to go vote. Thank you Webb for pointing out the problems with focusing on turnout, when voter education is a much more important issue.

If only informed people voted now, do you think we would have the same people in the legislature?
