But if the law is wrong we can condemn and change the law. Why can't we be a country of refuge?
Why does Argentena need defending?
Did someone attack Argentina?
In case some of you missed it, the Deseret News posted a compassion article concerning the deportation of the Salazar-Correa family. They had requested asylum in the United States because being LDS they would suffer persecution if sent back to Argentina. They were denied asylum.
This request for asylum made Argentina look like a Mormon hating country, which is far from the truth. Argentina is no worse than Peru, Mexico, or even Texas for that matter.
