Nanny state, or freedom? Take your pick.
This is insanity! Where does the U.S. or California Constitution give government authority to do this? What country do they think this is?
Nanny state it is; denying alcohol to children, trying to protect people from first- and secondhand tobacco smoke, doing what is right for children when their parents have lost control, telling me that I can't drive 60 mph on city streets or that I can't litter the roadside and on and on. Just who does the government think they are?
