"Juiuuuuuuuce"
Quezada has always been one of my favorite players. To cut his long hair and commit to a private University of a different faith shows an unselfish attitude and high character. He is going to be the key to BYU's running game. There is no limit to his potential, especially with his "team first" attitude.
Poor Juice all over the next 3 opponents, who needs Unga?
Glad you guys won today. I hope this opportunity to kind of put the pieces together will help with the rest of the games. I've sure noticed an improvement in the defense since Coach Mendenhall took over. Much more energy. I hope that enthusiasm will spread to the offense as well. Didn't get to watch the game today...couldn't find it, but I'm glad you won. Congrats!
Just plain fun to watch you play.
Thanks.
The Juice is a classy kid...He is going to be fun to watch!
Looking forward to seeing him play for the next few years. The whole team looked great this week. Hope they can win the next 2 the same way and have alot of confidence going into the rivalry.
With Juice and Heaps leading this offense, the future is bright. Add in Hoffman improving and Apo, and BYU has a good chance at being one of the top offenses this school has seen. A lot of work ahead to achieve that, but a possibility none the less.
Classy and humble seem to describe "Juice"! I was very impressed with his two TD's and how he simply handed the endzone ref the ball. There was no "celebration" that drew attention to him. I liked that!
My only question is why didn't Anae use him sooner?
This article makes it sound as if Heaps and Juice need no other team mates to help out the cause.
Kirya, Di and the rest of the team happened to be in LES as well yesterday.
Read the article again Big Hapa. Juice gave props to his teammates.
Juice did yes, the article did not. You read it again.
The Juice is loose! I like the way this kid plays. I am looking forward to watching him for the rest of this season and the 3 seasons to come after that. Great thing is BYU will the 3-headed monster at RB back next season. The combo of Juice, Kariya and DiLuigi makes for a very nice rushing attack.
Nice pic of the Juice in Sunday's local SoCal paper...BYU gets very little coverage in this area so it's always a treat when it happens.
Big Hapa - if the time ever comes when you want to write something positive, please let me know. Those lemons have got to get annoying at times. I would have to think that Bronco is not as inept as you like to describe, Jake Heaps is better than you will admit to, and Riley Nelson is still injured.
Don't worry, be happy!
Don't under-estimate the cougs. The talent is there. Just got to give it time to develope.
It seems over the past few years, the cougs play very well when they have extra time to practice and heal. Examples with the Oregon teams and Oklahoma, so I expected big things against UNLV and the rest of this year.
