Now that Pleasant Grove's so called "playoff" game is over, can we now look at the reality of this team? The "amazing" Viking defense allowed opponents:More than 3 TD's per game. The predictable offense: 2 TD's per game. The two quarterbacks combined passing of 79-210, 13 Interceptions and 7 touchdowns for the entire season. The last two games had half time explosive offensive outputs of 48 yds and 80 yards. Someone has to make a change in this program or all the good players are going to look for other options.
Keep it going Silver Wolves ! From a proud Davis Dad to our fellow Region 1 cahmp's, you are peeking at the right time unlike the Darts, you guy's make that historic run for the title and enjoy the ride.
Have fun and good lock BOY'S !
Region 1 for the second year in a row; the 4th best region in 5A. Fremont beat Davis on a phantom TD and PG put up the best effort against a #1 seed. We all know what happened to Davis.
I decided to go see this game instead of watch Bingham slap Hunter.
Not to take anything away from Fremont, but PG looked bad.
3rd game in 8 days, OK, but you guys did not even act like you wanted to play.
Poor Defense, worse Offense. Was this just an off year for you guys? I have grow to expect more from Pleasant Grove.
From my view, I don't see Fremont getting any further in the play-offs.
Pg will miss a seniors like header bingham newbold west madsen and others Good kids and good athletes but aubrey is right changes need to be made the offense did not produce all year the two quarterbacks did struggle. The head coach needs to be more involved and pg needs a new offensive coordinator
Both PG and Freemont have the worst uniforms in the state. And yes, they are worse than Davis' uniforms
Fremont has been a young scrapper team all season long. They may not win by blowouts, but obviously they have the discipline and athletes to win games. High character kids have been the staple of the northern utah schools for years. And since football is a game that reveals character. I think fremont will do well throughout the remainder of the playoffs. On a side not, who really spends the time to complain about uniforms on a message board. Its football, not a fashion show. Good luck to Region 1, Go Football, Go sportsmanship, but most of all GOOOOO Fremont!!!!
