I agree that any of the 3A teams got a shot at the title. The Morgan game will be the best of the bunch played this Friday. DH and BR will have a good game, DH is a tough team on DEF. If they can keep there heads in the game which seems to be a problem for them they have a good chance of winning. Cedar is the team to beat going into the playoffs with their beatin they gave Hurricane last week. I will watch the Hurricane game and the Cedar game this weekend. """GO REGION 9""" ENJOY SOME GOOD CLEAN FUN THIS WEEKEND TO EVERYBODY. I hope nobody gets hurt but egos
agreed on the top three teams being juan diego hurricane and cedar. although i think delta could be put at a close fourth. but honestly i dont see any different outcome than what has happened the past two years. we will see tho.
I agree on Delta I have all 4 at U of U in 2 weeks.
I'm wondering if hurricane did what the indianapolis colts did and set some of there starters in the last game. because they didn't care if they ended in a loss they wouldn't have to face JD intill the finails seems last year that didn't work out so well for the colts hope the same can't be said for hurricane.
Hurricane played all their starters because their starting QB and RB both scored in the 4th Q.
It will be fun to watch this year as there are 3 good teams, but I feel JD is the clear favorite as they have the last 2 Title's in hand!
Looking forward to some good games tonight and tomorrow, but JD's will be a blow out tonight!
Hurricane played there starters, but they were not running the starters. They were giving the ball to others that game. I was there Cedar did blow up there DEF, that was for sure. On offense It was they were not running the game plan which got them 9 and 0. Cedar is a good team, JD will have their hands full that is for sure. This year is going to be fun because it's not just Hurricane and JD. I don't believe Hurricane threw that game, The coaching had a lot to do with it. Hurricane, JD, Delta and Cedar will play at Rice.
For starters, championship teams do not throw games or want to loose a game they can win. With a lose, the tigers would have to travel, and that is not what a teams or a coach wants to do, and I am sure Homer is not happy with what Cedar did to the Tigers. Secondly, Championships are won with defense... the tigers had no defense playing the Redmen, and to give up that many points shows there is a kink in the armour to stop a well coached team like Cedar. To say they gave the ball to others is not what stoped them from winning, the tigers were outcoached and outplayed by a team that did not play with consistancy during the season. JD has a proven championship Defense and team. JD will win tonight by playing their type of football (ie) with heart, discipline, split vear smash mouth grind it out JD football with great dominating defensive group. JD 28 Manti 10
At U Of U in 2 weeks I have Juan Diego vs Cedar, and Hurricane vs Bear River. It wont be an upset if Bear River beats Delta in the 2nd round.
Official was you at the Cedar game like I was and have been at all Hurricane games, yes the defence showed they can be beat. Their O was a different team playing that night. And yes Cedar is the team to beat IMO, they beat Hurricane in every way out there. I think they overlooked Cedar a little bit and did not stick to what they have been doing all year. That's no excuse for Hurricane Cedar outplayed them. I watched a diff O out there that night. I agree with Ligers on that. And I am guessing you have not been to any games down here to say they have not played with consistancy during the season. Good luck to the Cedar tomorrow region 9 is behind you.

Again Cedar is plagued by inconsistant play. Just when I thought they were gearing up for the playoffs, they did what they did midway through the season. Another team that dropped the bomb, ... again is Park City.
Never know who is going to move on... gotta love high school football
Crazy.....Bear River, Cedar, Morgan and Park City are out already, all great teams. Who would have thought that would have happened this soon. And three region 12 teams still alive although all three have very tough games this week-end. Hold on to your hats boys, this could be a wild ride.....
