This is good news, in my opinion. Given the over-appropriation of the Colorado and the Big Straw promoter's claim that it would take only the State of Colorado's share under the Compact accurate information is very important. Go to it, scientists; update that information so we evaluate it. If it proves me wrong, so be it. Until then, I oppose Big Straw.
